The AGM in 2011 was held on Sunday 13th March at 3pm in the Club Room of Otford Village Memorial Hall, High Street, Otford, Sevenoaks TN14 5PQ. Agenda and supporting documents were sent to all members. If you have not yet paid your 2011 subs please ensure they are sent to the Secretary as soon as possible. There is a form here to renew your subs. The meeting was followed by presentation of cups won at our 2010 show by our President, Mrs Joyce Green, and then the real high spot - tea!

The AGM in 2010 was held on Sunday 14th March, 2010 in the Club Room of Otford Village
Memorial Hall, Sevenoaks at 3p.m.
Our new President is Mrs Joyce Green. Vice Presidents are Miss Hannah
Hendra, Mrs Robine Pocock, Mrs Betty Lauder and Mrs Fiona Pragnell.
Our new Chairman is Mr Charles Patey, our co-opted Treasurer is Mr Robin
Kempe, elected and re-elected members of Committee are Mrs Sheila Izzard,
Prof Ian Jarvis, Miss Hannah Hendra and Mrs Harriet Patey. GCCF Delegates
re-elected are Mr. Patey and Mrs H Patey.
After the formal business of the meeting,
trophies won at the 2009 show were presented by our new President and the presentations
were followed by tea.
Subscriptions for 2010
became due on 1st January and should be sent to
Miss. H.A. Hendra, 9, Boston Gardens, Rainham, Kent ME8 0DL. Rates
are £4 single and £6 joint.
The Hot Fork Supper this
year will be held on 1st May and the Garden Party in July on a date to be
decided..

Our AGM in 2009 was held on Sunday 15th
March in the Club Room of Otford Village Memorial Hall, Sevenoaks at 3p.m.
The President, four Vice Presidents, the Treasurer, four members of Committee
and GCCF Delegates were approved. Those
standing down were Mrs. D. Bubb-Porter (Treasurer), Miss Y Hendra, Mrs
C Kempe, Mr R Kempe and Mr. C Patey. All were duly nominated and
seconded and were approved nem con.
After the formal business of the meeting,
trophies won at the 2008 show were presented by our Show Manager, Mrs. Helen
Marriott Power, and the presentation was followed by tea. |
